Growing up one of my favourite things my grandad would make for me was french toast. It was delicious! I have seen a few recipes, but none are quite like my grandads.
2 slices of Thick crust bread
splash of milk
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp of Vanilla extract
Beat the eggs and mix with the milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Heat a pan with a splash of oil on a medium heat. Dunk the bread in the mix and then fry it for a few minutes on each side until it is golden brown.
