October Half Term | North East | Non Halloween Related

A few years ago when we did our Halloween Half term guide, we had lots of messages regarding non Halloween events. We have had some messages asking for those again so I thought I would put together a blog post again for those looking for non Halloween themed events during October including Half Term.
I totally get that people are not crazy about Halloween in the UK, I personally love Halloween but as the boys get older I find that they are not that interested in attending scare events and parties anymore. Elliot, our youngest who is now 13 has never liked anything scary, so for Halloween we usually do less Scary stuff. (maybe this year is his year after he willingly did everything at psycho path and loved it!)

Here are the events I found that have no Spook. Please double check each event before you attend as some attractions are hosting multiple events on the day, some with a Halloween theme some without. Some places may have decorations out especially if they are hosting other events. If you are not sure just pop a message to the business who is hosting the event and ask.
