October Half Term | North East | Non Halloween Related

Last year when we did our Halloween Half term guide we had lots of messages regarding non Halloween events. We have had some messages asking for those again so I thought I would put together a blog post for this year. I totally get that people are not crazy about Halloween in the UK, I personally love Halloween but as the boys get older I find that they are not that interested in attending scare events and parties anymore. Elliot, our youngest who is now 11 has never liked anything scary, so for Halloween every year we watch family friendly Halloween movies and carve pumpkins that is about his limit! Half Term is sporadic this year so I have gone from the 21st October until 5th November. This should cover the majority of the North East kids.
Here are the events I found that have no involvement with Halloween. Please double check each event before you attend as some attractions are hosting multiple events on the day, some with a Halloween theme some without.
