Festive Family Fun in Sunderland this Christmas

After last year, I have spent most of 2021 hoping for a better Christmas, with plenty going on for the whole family and it's fair to say that most of the towns, villages and cities across the region, haven't disappointed! Even after so many events got cancelled or rescheduled, due to Storm Arwen, there has still been so much to see and do and there is still plenty of time to plan some great, family friendly, festive days out in the North East.

I have always tried to support local businesses and events whenever possible, so here are a few ideas to choose from, to create the perfect festive day our in my home town, Sunderland.

I have added plenty of options, to give you a wide range of ideas.

(Let me know if you know of any more to add to this list)
