What’s on for February Half Term

February half term is almost here and there are plenty of fantastic things going on across the North East to keep everyone entertained. After a pretty miserable January, I think most f us are looking forward to the next break, so that we can get out and about around the region again. I know we are!

I have tried to include a variety of options some free, some you have to pay for. If you are struggling and need more budget friendly ideas feel free to send me an email and I will do my best to come up with some ideas for you. *All images are my own*

Stephenson Railway - Heritage train rides are back plus make and take Thursday. Find out more HERE

High Force Half Term Trail - Hidden throughout our High Force woodland, you'll find picture boards and clues. Match them correctly to complete our special puzzle before heading back to the Hotel for a celebratory tea and cake. Booking is necessary Find out more HERE

Ormesby Hall - Step back in time to experience life as a Victorian servant

Gibside - 2 new activities - Flying Disc Golf. Take your own frisbee or hire one for a refundable deposit. Also, there is a new orienteering code breaking game! The codes will be literacy and numeracy puzzles that take families around Gibside, exploring the grounds.
